Faster Forming of Slabs with SKYDECK''s Systematic Assembly Sequences
Each of the 260'' (79.24 m) high buildings has 22 floors. The complex includes a hotel and a condominium.
Approx. 960,000 ft² (89,184 m²) of floor area had to be erected in a very short time. It was the first time that McCann used PERI SKYDECK and they ordered about 90,000 ft² (8,361 m²).
The lightweight aluminum panel slab formwork system allows a systematic assembly sequence and safety. Thus, it avoids application mistakes.
The modular logic of the system makes it easy to handle even for unexperienced staff. This makes forming of large areas possible in a short time. After a short phase of familiarization, the construction site achieved an impressive work cycle: every four days the complete SKYDECK was able to be moved up to the next floor.
